Unsecured personal loan (UPL):

  • Loan term can run for up to 48 months.
  • You can repay the loan in full at any time after 60 days without being charged penalty fees.
  • No collateral or security is needed by us.

Vehicle and asset finance:

  • Allows you to lease or buy vehicles and other assets.
  • Term can run for up to 60 months.
  • Structured repayment to suit your cash flow.
  • Maximum 35% of net monthly income for loan service.

Borrowing – long-term:

  • Tailored to meet your long-term financing needs.
  • Gives first-time buyers the opportunity to buy their own home.
  • Gives individuals with existing fully paid up homes the opportunity to raise equity to either buy or develop another property for their own use or business purposes.
  • Equity contribution is required for outright purchase.
  • Affordability is determined subject to monthly income.
  • You can borrow up to 75% of the property’s purchase price.
  • Repayment term can be up to 20 years, depending on your age.

ContractSave:

  • Helps you to save in a regular and disciplined way for specific goals and events
  • Defined investment periods (choose from 6, 9, 12, 18 or 24 months)
  • Minimum opening balance of N5 000.
  • Monthly payments start from as little as N5 000.
  • No transaction or management fees.
  • Compulsory monthly standing order or debit order for a minimum of N5 000 from a transactional account or cash deposit.

Education savings account (CHESS):

  • Minimum opening balance of N5 000.
  • Encourages you to save for your children’s education.
  • Cash, cheques and dividend warrants can be paid into account.
  • Withdrawals restricted to once every three months.
